Formerly known as Amira Isis Destiny, Isis embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 10 when she first picked up a guitar, igniting her passion for poetry and songwriting. Her artistic pursuits led her through a Fine Arts Program, where she honed her skills in viola, piano, and vocals, providing her with a well-rounded education in the arts. Alongside her musical endeavors, Isis delved into various forms of dance and even spent time as a cheerleader, showcasing her versatile talents and boundless creativity.
After making waves with her funkified/folk-like acoustic EP "Lucky Stars" in 2020, Isis evolved her passion into curating local events and pop-ups in the Austin area. From selling her handcrafted clothes and paintings to collaborating with fellow artists, DJs, and musicians, Isis transforms each gathering into a one-of-a-kind experience that leaves attendees enchanted.
With inspirations ranging from the soulful vibes of Erykah Badu to the retro charm of Donna Summer, Isis infuses her music with a kaleidoscope of influences that resonate with listeners across the globe.
